Design & Communication
In a fast-paced B2B environment, sales teams often struggle to keep up with the growing complexity of offerings and the evolving messaging around them. Within the company, salespeople repeatedly expressed the need for a clear, unified way to present our solutions to clients. Until then, materials were created on demand: PowerPoints, flyers, and PDFs made ad hoc, resulting in duplicated efforts, inconsistent data, and fragmented communication

Challenge
How do we ensure that every salesperson, regardless of role or location, can represent the company’s value clearly and consistently without relying on outdated slides or scattered content?
Objective
My objective was to design a single, digital tool that would centralize all commercial content and become the go-to handbook for the entire salesforce. It had to be editable remotely, always up to date, visually coherent with our brand, and intuitive enough to use in live meetings, even on mobile or tablet.
Design Process
The entire project was scoped, designed and shipped in just under two months. I started by interviewing members of the sales team to understand how they were currently pitching and what they needed most in a tool like this. Their workflows helped me define the core content structure: Solutions, Services, Case Studies, and Company Overview. Once the structure was validated, I focused on designing a modular and scalable layout in Framer, making it responsive and easy to update in real time. The visual identity was tailored to match our corporate tone, while also allowing flexibility to highlight key content. I created reusable components and animations to keep the experience dynamic but lightweight
